These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Krasper Technologies L.L.C.-FZ ("Krasper AI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using our website at krasper.ai ("Website") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Website or services.

Krasper AI provides software consulting and development services, including but not limited to:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
• Custom software development
• Cloud architecture and infrastructure
• Cybersecurity consulting
• Strategic technology consulting
• Enterprise software integration

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work entered into between you and Krasper AI.

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Intellectual property rights for custom work developed for clients are governed by separate service agreements.

Information shared through our contact form or initial consultations will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For disputes related to service agreements, the dispute resolution mechanism specified in that agreement shall apply.

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology:

• All prices and fees will be clearly disclosed before any engagement
• Service descriptions provided are accurate and complete
• You have the right to receive services as described and agreed upon

For unresolved complaints, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under UAE law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
