00 — Scope & Intended Audience (B2B only)

These Terms apply exclusively to entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) within the meaning of §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law (B2B). Krasper Technologies L.L.C.-FZ does not contract with consumers (Verbraucher within the meaning of §13 BGB). If you are a consumer, you must not engage Krasper services through this website. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where a website visitor has their habitual residence remain unaffected by these Terms.

01 — Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") — acting as an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB — and Krasper Technologies L.L.C.-FZ ("Krasper AI", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the website at krasper.ai ("Website") or engaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or services.

Cloud architecture and infrastructure
Cybersecurity consulting
Strategic technology consulting
Enterprise software integration

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work entered into between you and Krasper AI.

04 — Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Website in any way that violates UAE federal laws or the laws of your jurisdiction
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation or security

Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Intellectual property rights for custom work developed for clients are governed by separate service agreements.

06 — Confidentiality

Client information and project details are treated as confidential. When engaging services, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be entered into to formalize confidentiality obligations.

Information shared through the contact form or initial consultations will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

The Website and its content are provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees
The Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Total liability for Website-related claims shall not exceed AED 1,000

Liability for services under separate service agreements is governed by those agreements.

10 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Website use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For disputes related to service agreements, the dispute resolution mechanism specified in that agreement shall apply.

11 — Consumer Protection

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology:

All prices and fees will be clearly disclosed before any engagement
Service descriptions provided are accurate and complete
You have the right to receive services as described and agreed upon
Complaints can be submitted to [email protected]

For unresolved complaints, you may contact the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department.

EU consumers retain mandatory rights under their country of residence's consumer-protection law. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12 — Modifications to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Periodic review is encouraged.

13 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
